"FLOWERS 2 è dedicato a Vera Gobbi Belcredi, con la quale ho avuto l'onore di studiare tra il 1979 e il 1985. E' stata una straordinaria pianista (Alfredo Casella la adorava e Vincenzo Vitale me ne parlò in termini entusiastici) e didatta. Con lei ho capito ed amato quello che suonavo.Ho voluto dedicarle il mio ultimo disco anche perché ogni volta che si parla dei miei studi viene citato soprattutto Aldo Ciccolini (meraviglioso!). Vorrei che Vera Gobbi Belcredi non venisse dimenticata... come mi sembra stia accadendo..."
